If you're looking for a great workout, consistent, reliable and knowledgeable trainers, a fun and motivating atmosphere, you've come to the right place! We specialize in postural awareness and core training with a personal touch in small groups, that allows us to focus on you and give you our best! 

All classes are held in The Studio at the Fit Xchange, above Moonshot Play Space in Sunset Plaza across from Seaview Circle.  The physical address is 77-6425 Kuakini Hwy, Suite B201, Kailua Kona, HI 96740. 

We take your health and safety seriously in these current circumstances and have implemented the following procedure to that end:

Please enter from the South side entrance and exit using the North entrance.  Masks are required when entering the hallway, but are not to be used once in the studio during your class.  Hand sanitizer is provided, but feel free to bring your own.  Please bring your own water and hand towel.  Please also bring your own equipment such as mat, hand  weights, playground ball and band if possible.  If you've forgotten one or do not have them, we've got you covered. These items are available and will simply need to be sanitized after use.
