What do banking and fitness have in common?  Me!  A corporate numbers girl turned yoga teacher and fitness trainer, I am passionate about helping clients through life transformations.  At the age of 40, a serendipitous job opening at a local gym inspired me to pursue a lifelong passion - yoga and fitness. My unique background in the corporate world has translated perfectly into the fitness world.  Attention to detail, client relationships and a positive, inspirational attitude has helped me build a growing base of loyal clients who love their workouts.


I am a yoga certified instructor through the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2007.  My additional licenses include International Ballet Barre Fitness Association, Pilates Reformer and Mat by PHI Pilates, Body Flow by Les Mills, Yogafit Level I and II, Silver and Fit, and TRX Suspension Training.


I have lived in Kailua Kona, HI since 1995 and have trained clients that come from all over the world. My overall approach to fitness is living a healthy lifestyle, and I offer that through classes I teach and the personal connections I make with each and every client. It’s more than what I do, it’s who I am. One of the highlights of my career was teaching a yoga segment on the national TV show “The Little People”, at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, working with the stars of the show. I am a runner at heart, completing 1 marathon and 3 half marathons, as well as 3 Olympic distance Lavamans here on the Big Island.


After working the past 20 years in large gyms, small studios, at resort fitness centers and in client's homes, I am excited to now be in my own space, celebrating each participant's unique strengths, and cultivating the best from each client!
